La prensa latina en España: una experiencia comunicacional nueva.Estudio del caso de la revista Raíz

Abstract

Media creation for immigrant audiences is Blooming phenomenon in Spain, most especially products such as newspapers, radio, television and the internet, addressed to Latin Americans living in Spain. This paper will concern itself with one of the above mentioned proposals, Raíz , umbrella publication for some twelve fairly similar monthly magazines, the contents of each of them being specific for different immigrant groups. Through an analysis of their characteristics and their audiences this paper will consider their strengths and weaknesses.
